Hand Cannon or Scout Rifle
I love Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles. Sadly RNGsus has not seen fit to bless me with either. But I can buy one from the Vanguard Quartermaster, but I'm having trouble deciding between The Devil You Know hand cannon and the A.1F19X-Ryl scout rifle. Which do you guys suggest?

So hand cannons are great for close damage, but I prefer greater range. I also like the Firefly effect on Scout Rifles. Additionally the ammo capacity and reload speeds are a godsend as well.
