I don't understand why people group everything when they have bad luck. Very very very few people get legendary drops? I got 3 just doing tiger strikes to get my vanguard marks yesterday. And even my buddy who has the worst luck gets at least one a day. Personally I have 13 legendary weapons and 6 exotic weapons. Its a mmo. Get used to mmo mechanics and stop whining because you didnt get what you wanted. If you want the best stuff put some time aside and sit your butt in tiger strikes for some hours and actually earn the right to use gear labeled as legendary and/or exotic.
