Why wont my Light Beyond Nemesis exotic helmet change with the shader I apply?

It's a full exotic helm there's not much on it to change, just like heart of the praxic Fire and voidfang, some will change but someone won't, all of praxic Fire stays that regular brown color I think only the chain mail changes, I had light beyond nemesis and wondered the same so I just went without a shader for a while, if you want one that changes use apotheosis veil or dire ahakarma skull
