Hunters require skill, everyone else is just playing easymode
Oh goodness where do I start? Im just gonna come out and say it...
Everyone thats not a Hunter is playing a crutchweak casuals class. Locks and Titans will just try to knock us down, because they know they picked the easy mode classes.
Like, lets look at everyones nades, Who has actual gernades that you have to connect with to get a kill? Everyone else has these massive AOE DOTS that you can just fire into that 1/4 of the map to get a kill.
Who actually has to plan their supers with their massive WARMINDS? Who can most easily get wiped during their supers? The tally for eveyone else is 2 panic button supers (lol), A stupid easy to counter dance party, and a "I suck so hard I need a 2nd chance".
And, whats this GARBAGE about Bladedancers needing a nerf because of a little damage resistance during their super animation? Everyother class has an actual -blam!-ing shield built in the class! Not to mention everyone gets the resistance, You just cant tell because you either get a shield from your super or you are using a panic button.
Which two classes all have the OHKO melee attacks? Doesnt really matter cause Im use dancing around your clunky characters, stabbing and blasting your ass, shields or not.
Bottom line, anyone crying for Hunter nerfs dont realise how pathetic and crutchweak they are, and are actually just getting wrecked by better skilled players. Hunters, lets keep using our heads and skills to make a joke out of classes so weak they need OHKOs and shields.
Edit: This topic proves my point. Weak ass Tityans and Snoorelocks have to team up to counter these FACTS. While my fellow Hunters quietly "like" then watch yall get burned with one mans logic.

Agreed. I'm a Hunter too and i'm not looking to create another character because this one is just my style of playing this game. However it just sometime is frustrating seeing those other classes, as you mentioned, use their super abilities just due to their lack of skills (panic buttons) lol hilarious on the same time though

So weak we need OHKOs and shields... How many shots does a golden gun take to kill? One. that's three OHKO shots right there, and shields? What's that extra health buff I see while your dash around OHKOing everybody with auto-targeting melees?

In the top 100 KDR leaderboard, there are 15 warlocks. Only 8 of those warlocks have played more than 75 games, possibly skewing what their actual KDR would've been had they played more. They might have panic buttons and better grenades, but they're an underprivileged class all together.

8 RepliesWhat? The hunters are over powered. The blade dancer is basically guaranteed to get at least a kill with his super unless you are bad. So if you say the bade dancer isn't op it's probably because you suck.

1 ReplyI hate to say it, but it's pretty much a fact that hunter blade dancer is a monster at PVP. Most noobs chose it. It's actually harder to do well in PVP (ability wise) using a warlock or Titan. I have a character of each by the way so I do know what I'm talking about. I'd say the most difficult to master in PVP would be using warlock sunsinger, because all it does is give you a buff to your stats. If your far away, it doesn't do you any good really. And knowin when to revive is a key as well. Blade dancer does use skill, but pretty much just Hide in a corner use super then spazz the r1 key. It's really just that simple. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. But I wouldn't go as far as saying that any is a class for noobs. It's just that many noobs pick hunter because it's a cool class and usually gets most kills

29 hunter, and I'm already lvling a titan, there so op.... Mainly im just sad that another game is suffering to pvp balance.

Lv 29 hunter since week 2, have Vex and 14 other exotics, have both my sub classes upgraded, and over a 2150 grimlore score. I am going to straight up disagree with you and here is why I have a lv 27 warlock and by all means he feels like a pussy compared to my hunter, Why because of PLAY STYLE. You have to remember we have a 3rd sub class coming which is sopposed to fully balance all classes. personally I think they are all balanced in their own ways now. Hunters will get a void class, one which will most likely be defense based. Blade dance is the better class in pvp and it is not because of blade dancer, I would take a golden gun over blade dancer any day of the week. It is because of the passives Invis, Blink, Blink strike. Mix this with the knuckle radar or a primary that allows your mini map up with your gun and you will wreck face. Gun slinger is clearly the better pve build since most high lv yellows almost 1 hit you. Unless you are chessing invis for pick ups or holding areas then blade dancer is the weaker build here. I love my hunter, do I think he needs nerfs no, but do I think he is weak... when I get 10 or 15 kill sprees without my super in pvp at least 1 out of 5 to 10 games there is no doubt my class is not weak compared to titans or warlocks.

Funny fact. According to Destiny DataBase Hunter is the most over rated class. It is the most picked class.

2 RepliesTitan grenades are aweful and easily avoidable. Only good Titan super is defender bubble which takes lots of skill to place and manage multiple enemies till a blade dancer just walks in and shanks you. But really the only OP class is warlock because of the amazing grenade, special, and Jesus revival ability.

Well I am a hunter, I usually switch between both classes depending on the situation and there is no worse feeling then thinking you can triple jump only to come up short and be blasted with a rocket, but its all worth it when I can break silly titan bubbles with my blade dancer or golden gun a warlock right before their purple grenades of death come to kill me. I love my hunter <3

I love being killed by a hunter using blade dancer or golden gun, only to wait 5 seconds for their super to finish and to revive and smack their ass back to the grave.

1 ReplyIf you hate other classes so much is seems strange that you would take the time to level a Titan.. To me it just seems like you need an excuse because you're not very good. Hunters are the deadliest class in pvp if played right. It's okay though little guy.. Just join the group of whiners that cry for everything to get buffed/nerfed

I am a 29 hunter, and i see your point, if i am using the blade super and a titan see me he can just super and kill me even if i get the first punch he will not die and i will die and lose my super, same with warlock . And u can check my stats ... I got a little skill

Agreed, except that you can kinda spam blade dancer to get kills, and sunsinger just gives you a damage boost.

My main is a Hunter and I have to disagree with the people that say arc blade takes skill to use. You basically watch the radar for a few people, run into room and spam the slash button. It auto aims you all around the room and kills everybody. No skill whatsoever. I do however agree that the hunter is the weakest class over all. The hunter doesn't have any useful perks. Invisibility is only really useful in pve, other perks slightly increase stability and reload... Meanwhile the other classes can create invincible shields, throw a chain of grenades, one shot melee attacks, self revive, the list goes on.

No aim required just press your buttons and you kill an entire team.
