Shadow price is better. Why due too stability/ range (decent useful)/ impact. Its better because its a mid-long range weapon if you know how to use it. Im going after and lvln epilogue now since its stability is bad but easy to aim n control the weapon XD

Well, grim citizen is "sort of" designed for PvP and in certain situations may be the better choice. But I honestly prefer Shadow Price. That thing is beastly and super accurate. It also depends on which perks you have on each one. Mine were both randoms. My shadow price came with more accurate the longer fired, and reload speed when mag is empty. Ended up just dismantling my GC due to less stability in the end. Both are good. But SP in my opinion may possibly be the best AR aside from Suros, but that difference lies in playstyle imo.
