The weapon he used would act the same in each anyway. There is no level advantage to the weapons as far as I can tell. Unless you are talking the upgrades to exotics / legendaries.

Edited by xLethalLethargy: 10/8/2014 8:19:51 AMNo...a level 25 should do more damage to a level 15 and less to a level 30- your attack rating is affected by your level; also, his weapon should do more damage to lower level gear as well- so unless the level 29 and the level 19 guy he was shooting were the exact same armor, there should have been differences in damage If there is not supposed to be any difference, what exactly do you think Bungie meant when they said Level Advantages enabled and that our gear matters?

I haven't seen any difference in guns or armor, but what i noticed many times - that resistance that sunsinger, bladedancer (and a little bi titnan) had in ultimate in IB was very much lowered. It was much more easy to kill all bladedancers and much much more easy to die as sunsinger (i felt almost no difference in defence with ultimate on or without).

Maybe there is some advantage, but it's too small.. I can imagine that bungie had read all those wining posts before IB, where ppl cry "omg it will be broken", "i m sure i wont be able to play" and etc.. So bungie listened to it, feared and tuned the level advantage so that it is such a small advantage, that we can barely feel it..
