So rumor has it that the Vex Mythoclast is getting a nerf (No I don't have it.....yet) due to all the continuous crying.
My question is are you -blam!-ing serious?
The Community gets HANDED a TOP TIER weapon [SUROS Regime] and now that they can't get handed the Vex Mythoclast and it's actually an EARNED Exotic; people are crying like babies and want it nerfed. That's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard.
Crucible ISN'T the only part of this game and the Vex Mythoclast CAN be earned by everyone through vigorous means.
Shotguns are still OHKO'ing.
Fusion Rifles are still OHKO'ing
But everyone wants to target the Vex Mythoclast because they can't get it, because they don't have the patience or smarts to figure out how to beat the Raid Mode.

Want to know why the VMC is smacking you and making you cry like a baby in Crucible when your SUROS doesn't cut it anymore after you were just spanking some Level 4 with it?
In the Regular Crucible the Level Advantage is Disabled. Thus, only Impact and ROF matter. Your Gear's stats can't pad the Impact from the VMC and you get destroyed. Bottom Line.

My Rebuttal: Stop. Because Hand Cannons, Fusion Rifles, and Shotguns can dish out the same TTK that the Vex can in the given conditions. Learn to outstrafe the damn gun instead of trying to rush out just because you have the SUROS and think you're entitled to a kill in every gun fight. Sick of people wanting to be carried through stuff. I've gotten into gunfights with the VMC and actually felt the competitiveness of the game for once where I had to adapt, rather than trading every kill.

The SUROS and VMC are both EXOTIC and should have the advantage of such. They're to be EARNED guns, not distributed like Green and Blue Engrams.

Once getting 34 kills 1 death... ive dominated people using vex , and even tho i did see a difference in how strong the gun was still didnt stop me from whoopin a$$.... so i dont see whats the damn problem of people complaining how strong it was , cuz if you knew how to tactic yourself and stop running into peoples trigger view and know how to have skill then just depend on a gun doing all the work for you than we wouldnt have to worry about guns being nerfed and dumb shiitt like that becuz whiny bitchy kids cant play...makes me very upset

5 RepliesHow many times do we have to say crucible is supposed to be an even playing field, no one should have a gun that just completely destroys. Sure shotguns and fusion rifles may instant kill, but those are shotguns and fusion rifles. No auto rifle should have that kind of power. In crucible if you need a gun that gives you that much larger of an advantage on the field, then you obviously need to rephrase your battle strategy.

I completely agree, Who cant drop a guardian with the vex should stay out of the crucible, i wasnt lucky enough to get it until now, but even guys with it ca be dropped if you know how to use other good weapons. .. the last word for example in my opinion is an even weapon, if not better. The guys trat are complaining about things most of the time are standing completely exposed sniping without movement or camping. STOP COMPLAINING AND FIND WAYS AGAINST VEX USERS!

Despite Bungie nerfing guns, telling players how Destiny is to be played and having incredible connectivity issues its a great game overall. The things I have problems with is the thinking behind all the changes! For instance, Bungie wants players to complete raids as a collaborative effort however; there is no chat outside your own fireteam so meeting new people to raid with is virtually impossible. That was the first mistake. Now the connectivity issues I can understand..........its a new game and nothing usually works perfect to start so I will leave that one alone. The next mistake was changing the raid................and I don't mean knocking Atheon off! What I mean by that is changing who teleports to 3 randoms instead of the 3 farthest away from Atheon. Why change this? What I mean by that is that is they way it was first designed and teams have sorted through that and people knew their jobs and now you change that with all these other pressing problems that seem to matter......cough, cough connectivity! The other issue is service tickets for the game is just not their or followed up on. I put an email to Bungie Help over 6 weeks ago approx. and have not heard anything. I bought this game day one and have over 600 hours playing it so excuse me if I feel like I should be considered somewhat of a valued customer but the one thing I know for certain is these issues don't need Scobby Do to solve these mystery's. Get it together Bungie I am getting tired of defending MY game and YOUR company! --M4D Shaggy

2 RepliesI was awaiting a nerf - it was a bit too strong, and I'm usually pretty lenient on my view of "strong" weapons. However, I was expecting an 18-20% damage nerf. 34% is just... incredibly excessive. I don't think there's anything wrong with the hardest weapon to acquire to be a LITTLE stronger than most other weapons. It's definitely not worthless in its curent state like many are making it out to be - there's still an effective, if not decent weapon to be had here. It just does seem notably disadvantaged against what most people would consider "cream of the crop" pvp weapons - I think it should at least be a bit better than, say, SUROS at mid-range, which is the mythoclast's defined niche. That's my opinion, anyways.

4 RepliesI'm not being funny, the only reason people are complaining about weapons and shit like that is because they DONT HAVE IT! I'm sure if they had the Vex they would be happily using it with no bitching, bungie need to focus on fixing the real stuff, like why the -blam!- the raid doesn't even end! And stop worrying about the people that moan about an OP weapon intended for hard mode completion.

1 ReplyWhen I go against the mythoclast now its nomatch whatsoever and now that I own iti get lut gunned by people under level 10. Mythoclast cant even compete with most legendaries now.

2 RepliesI have never posted ever but am so pissed about this nerf and how often Bungie has f'd up this game time and time again. First, I get virtually all rares on the legendary engram drops before that was fixed (WHERE ARE MY LEGENDARIES BUNGIE). Now, FINALLY I get a drop that is amazing and it gets NERFED 3 days later after I spent hours just grinding away trying to level it. It should be OP - it is the HARDEST BOSS IN THE GAME. That's the point of beating the VoG on hard. Just so unbelievable how awful Bungie has managed this game from the story through the drops.
