They're balancing the weapons for a reason. No weapon should dominate in every situation. It wouldn't be fun, nor would it be fair to other players wanting to use another weapon. Weapons are balanced based on player feedback and ingame usage. So if you're unhappy with a rebalanced weapon, sorry, you're in the minority.

Its not the guns that make the biggest difference. I don't claim to be awesome or terrible, some people are just better at games. But changing the dynamics of the guns makes it worse in pve when people cry and complain about getting killed too much in the crucible cause they believe there is a superior gun or classn they did it pretty good to begin with. Like I said, some people just got skills that me and others don't. But that's no reason to nerf the guns
