Because the forums are nothing but bitching ans complaining by the hardcore nerds who live on the game. They're never happy. Its constant whining like little babies. It gets tiring to see.

  • It's not exactly about not being happy or so to speak. The main reasoning is to see improvement. Yes, Destiny is not your average, run of the mill MMO, but it is plagued by the same things that MMOs in the past have encountered and to this day remain to be a persistent nagging to players. If you treat Destiny as just a CoD fix then you get just that, but it's gameplay is strongly reminiscent of Warframe, or it is more or less Warframe-esque. Granted, Warframe is improving with all the updates coming out. This game, Destiny, even though it has just "officially" come out, through the Alpha and Beta testing stages it's still in its infancy. They did say that they were going to release more content for it and in turn, it's much expected. However, more people creating valuable input is what makes a game great or even better. Just saying that a game is "AWESOME, AMAZING, CAN'T BE BETTER THAN THIS!!! etc." Does not make a game better, good yes but without the errors and mistakes, a game is just that, advancements and improvements stagnate. The more negative input placed onto a game reveals more about what can be done to improve it. Good comments and good vibes about a game is great and all but constructive criticism is what's needed to make things better than before. I understand that, in a way, Destiny is a creation, a masterpiece in the eyes of its creators, but "Rome wasn't built in a day." They're right though, the loot caves getting patched wasn't exactly the right move as opposed to the grab bag for engrams. They may as well make engrams drop more things depending on their rarity. That or change it, seeing as how the higher level you are the color of engrams changes, as does the rate in which they drop. Granted, decrypting an engram is like working hard at a company for years all of a sudden to realize that your boss gives the promotion to the other guy instead of you when you've been there for 12 and they are virtually a newbie. Technically speaking, your hard work goes down the toilet. There are more analogies for this but it's mostly disappointment on the RNG portion of it.
