BUNGIE, HELP! I FINISHED THE RAID AND THE BOSS DIDN’T DROP LOOT! WHAT DID I DO WRONG?
We just pushed out a patch to help with a number of issues, but one of the important ones is described here: http://www.bungie.net/7_Bungie-help-I-finished-the-Raid-and-the-boss-didnt/en/Help/Article/12167
If you are seeing similar issues in the raid after taking the patch please post them in this thread and we'll investigate.

To clear up the other possibilities, this was the FIRST TIME this character had done the Raid this week. There were no full inventory slots for armour, shaders, weapons, ships etc. Was invited in at the final checkpoint having attempted none of the remainder of the Raid before. When we defeated Atheon nothing dropped, no ships, shader etc. Had ran Hard Mode VoG with another character, got drops from all checkpoints, and tried Normal to again get no drops at Atheon. This also happened the very first time I completed the Vault on normal with my hunter, and usually just run Hard instead. I have never been dropped anything from the final checkpoint on normal, and never had Chatterwhite. Surely I am not the only one?

1 ReplyI just defeated Skolas for the very first time and didn't get the ship, shader or emblem that I was looking forward too. This sucks when you spend nearly 3 hours doing POE on level 35! Won't be doing it again unless I get the rewards at the postmaster, what's the point in pre-ordering the taken king if this is going to happen? PSN is reecemuldoon

I beated Atheon yesterday evening and today at 11:45 ( GMT +1 ) and both time get nothing. I'm a little bit sad because there were both my first times. :'( .

Does this also fix the gamer tag specific vulture errors? Or address the "non-gold XBL account works fine when the gold account does not" issue?

2 RepliesI didn't got anything from chests or checkpoints the entire raid and its all the time besides my first raid and I have done a lot of raids and my fire team members get loot. I did downloaded the patch and it didn't fix anything. Can I get any help in fixing it?

I got drops from running normal vog but when I ran normal crota I didn't get one drop from any checkpoint. I switched to my lvl 34 hunter at crota since we were having trouble as no one knew had to run sword. I got hawkmoon which was kinda nice but I had already received it. I wasn't expecting anything since nothing else had dropped but it worked after switching characters so I figured it was a temporary glitch until it happened again last night. Last night I ran crota on hard and only got the first drop but it never registered on my screen except I read it. I was able to open the chest after the bridge and it said I got the energy but again it register on the screen but the words reported it. Nothing else dropped anywhere else is the game so again I switched at the last level and again I got drops which makes me think something else is wrong. At this rate I'll never level up if I can't get drops from the raid. Please help! #help

1 ReplyI have run VoG (hard and normal) multiple times in the last 2 weeks and have been getting no drops, from any chests. i thought it might be because the fact that it wasn't my first time of the week, but even after weekly refresh I still watched as my teammates walk away from the chest with Gjallahorns and read deaths and such, very frustrating, pls help.

1 ReplyOk so my friend asked me why I didn't have my blacksmith shader equipped and I asked him what it was. Being as he lives across the street from me he knew that I had preordered it. He told me for pre-ordering Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. He told me to go look at my receipt and look for the code. When I looked on my receipt there wasn't a code he equipped it to show me and I got a little frustrated that I didn't have the code. I called GameStop and asked if they had any codes and they said they didn't. DeeJ do you have any way of giving me the code that I missed out on? Please Help.

1 ReplySo I just did Crota on normal all the way through (first of the week) and got the first two drops but then was awarded absolutely nothing (not even shards or energy) for either the death singer or Crota. Pretty frustrating... If I could get this fixed that would be awesome. Definitely don't want it to keep happening.

Did Crota's end for the first time with my level 29 titan and crota didn't drop a single thing for me, my friend did get drops.

I just finished a Crota hard mode, my first of the week, once we finished the raid it said I was awarded Hard light, S13- grave robber, and the raid helmet for my hunter. We had been experiencing some glitches but we went to orbit and all I received was the helmet and 4 shards. I checked the post office and all I had there was a shader. Another player also didn't get a couple items that had been indicted he had won which also included word of Crota and the ship. Edit: I just talked with 2 others from that raid and they didn't get any rewards either and it was their first of the week as well In addition, the app doesn't show that either of my characters have finished the raid either. Thank you
