Does Cryptarch Rank affect engram RNG?
Simple question. For example, would a player with level 10 Chrypto-archaeology have a better chance of getting a legendary item out of a legendary engram than a player with less reputation?

From my experience, no. But you do get rewards for leveling it up..very good rewards.
