The "ready up" function sound great. Even if you have headsets, having the thumbs up on their screen would be a good way to say hurry up.

Without ready up. 1-"You guys ready?" 2-"Been ready..." 1-"Why didn't you say so?" 2-"I did..." 1-"Well, let's go then." 1-"Where's [username]?" 2-"Not sure..." 3-"Hey guy's I'm back...We goin' or what? I went to get a drink while I was waiting on you guys..." 1-"ugh" 2-"ugh" 3-"What?" With ready up. 2-Check 3-Check 1-"Let's go!"

I'm tellin' ya! I'm sure most people have gone through this...you can even make where the leader pushes to go to orbit and it's delayed until everyone indicates ready...
