Okay...for every whiny self-important brat out there complaining the game is too short...
There is an ENORMOUS difference in the game play of an MMO vs a shooter that happens to have multiplayer maps. HUGE!
An MMO is NOT the place to go for epic storylines that take you two and three weeks to conquer. An MMO is designed to be an enormous environment that has been created to be explored OUTSIDE the realm of the storyline. It's also meant to be a social realm, not just a solo player world.
WTF are you doing buying an MMO (Massive MULTIPLAYER Online) game in the first place you freaking dumbass? You want to play with yourself for long periods of time, rent a porn and buy some lotion, but don't bring your self-entitled "This game wasn't made just for me to spend time with ME." attitude around and broadcast idiotic garbage on the forums.
Frankly, anyone claiming that the storyline of an MMO is too short is clearly ignorant to what an MMO is supposed to be, and your opinion instantly drops into the whiny little moron bucket to be dumped directly down the toilet.
MMO does NOT equal game + multiplayer maps.
**Edit. I have already conceded that Destiny is not an MMO. I was wrong and have said so. I'm leaving my post as it is because I'm lazy. From what I can see in this response thread...I am not alone. :-D

Destiny is not an MMO. Not even..... It makes sense that people are upset that there is not enough launch content. There really is a shortage in the "things to do that aren't repetitive" department. You need to settle down a significant bit and really analyze what you are doing when playing the game. It has phenomenal gameplay, enemies, and scenery, there is simply too little content to play through. The best feeling is walking into a new place to explore and play missions In, but at some point you have thoroughly explored and exhausted the missions. There needs to be more areas per planet and more unique missions per area. Trying to form the game around the definition if a genre is a poor choice, especially when this game is not at all what you say it is. 3 man fire teams and a few extra random people ingame that you don't talk to is not at all like an MMO.
