How has Ray Rice not been arrested yet?
The evidence is there. Why should he not go to prison? Because his 'wife' still says she loves him after a horrific beating? (She doesn't seem very intelligent to stand by his side, but that is besides the point) At what point will law enforcement step in?
Now, I do enjoy watching the NFL, and even have a good time playing fantasy. But the things some of its players get away with just because they are athletes is very troubling. Thoughts or comments?I think that if it turns out that someone did see this newly released graphic evidence in the NFL before Roger Goodell claims, then he may very well have to resign from this fiasco.

Due process. The accused has the right to present a case in his/her's defense. Then they have the right to a fair trial with a jury of the people. It is then that evidence is weighed before the jury and then they decide. Also, don't forget that Rice took a intervention class to pretty much diminish his sentence. Unfortunately, bastards like Rice can almost literally get away with horrible things like this.

He isnt going to jail, its freakin crazy but NJ, is giving him some bs spousal management, anger management, watch a video and ur all of a sudden a decent human being class. In the state of NJ only 1% on people who commit domestic abuse, gets this as on option, instead of jail. Being rich must be amazing, you can literally get away with anything.

He was arrested, but then NFL baled him out, but expelled him from the NFL indefinately.

Double jeopardy. He already went through the system and agreed to a program and probation. His wife never pressed charges so he already went through the criminal system and can't go through again for new evidence, although I think they already knew of this evidence.

Or it could just be because he's rich that she doesn't want to leave him who knows..there are victims who do the same thing and aren't married to someone who's rich though.
