Upgraded Red Sparrow didn't carry over from last-gen to next-gen
I put the code in for my Upgraded Red Sparrow on my Xbox 360. I then launched Destiny, and was able to grab the Upgraded Red Sparrow from the shop. Later, when I launched Destiny on Xbox One, I can't access the Upgraded Red Sparrow. While hovering over the description for the Sparrow S-10V, it says in red "Requires Preorder Exclusive."

I logged into Gamestop yesterday and complained again about how the code didn't work for the Xbox One. Today they sent me a code for the Upgraded Red Sparrow on the Xbox One. I'm glad this is sorted out finally. I'm a little bummed it didn't carry over, and I had to jump through hoops. In the end Gamestop made things right. I guess 3rd times the charm.

Many are having the same issue also with the red ghost, ship, and emblem from collector's editions, people have tried contacting bungie and activision but neither have responded

3 RepliesI logged into Gamestop on the 10th and put in a complaint. They sent me a second code for the Upgraded Red Sparrow today. It's a solution I'll take, but I don't like that it didn't carry over.

2 RepliesThe add on will need to be downloaded to ur ps4 or Xbox one to use it. So even though it is available on ur last gen console it is because the content was unlocked via the license on the console. Try renewing ur licenses on ur Xbox or ps4 and see if it becomes available to download from the add ons section of the store.
