IT department didnt say they WOULDNT. they said they would take care of more important things first. dont freak out on them just because they arent fulfilling the desire of a smaller number of people. i mean . . . which do you prefer. playing destiny? or a virus that steals all your personal information including bank accounts credit cards and social security numbers? unless there being intentional assholes about it (always a possibility) cut them some slack
