For those who already bought and downloaded the destiny digital pre-order and found out the upgrade from xbox 360 will be free, I have a solution... It's not pretty, but it works. Use this link and choose to chat with an employee. I didn't see any other solution so far. But they will always refund a digital preorder before launch off the game.
