When I play videos embedded in the companion app (iPhone), I can never get the sound to function. For example, if there is an embedded youtube video in the companion app and I play the video, the visual works fine, but there is no sound accompanying the video. I did check to make sure the volume is turned up and my speakers on my phone do work. When I go to the youtube app to watch the video, the sound works fine. It is only when I launch the video from you companion app does it not have sound. Anyone with similar problems? Sincerely, Turn Down for What
