My predicament
[spoiler]Some of you likely share this predicament which I find myself in.
Here it is; I played the beta. I competed in the Iron Banner. I partook in the Moon Mission. I found every Golden Chest (Except for the moon). I bought a new shiny ship, and decked out my Guardian in the very best gear I could scavange. I loved every second of it!
But, I played it on the 360.
Now, here is the issue, I plan on getting Destiny on the PS4. I almost have enough saved up too. That beautiful white PS4. However if I play it on the PS4 I won't be able to access my Beta rewards, even though it is possible for Bungie to allow us to do so.
Also, even though I am buying the whole console bundle, I won't get the in game DLC from the LE and Ghost edition, or the expansion DLC. Even if I did get it on the XB1, I don't like waiting a [u]year[/u] for the DLC!
Plus, I can't imagine missing Halo 5, and especially the Master Cheif Collection. Halo CE online for the first time ever?! Halo 2 MP in all it's glory! It's almost enough to make me weep.
But.... Destiny.
Wat do, Desterds?

TLDR;
Played Beta on 360. Getting Destiny on PS4. Won't get Beta rewards. Don't wanna wait a year for DLC. Want Halo 5 & MC Collection. Wat do?

Two games (one of which is actually four games) as opposed to a handful of extras. Stay with Halo. You'll get stuff that'll make you forget about the PS exclusives.

2 RepliesI purchased the XB1 and played the beta on it but in your case, the only exclusive you would get from playing the beta on 360 (and sticking with it in the full game) would be an emblem. Nothing worth amazement to me. If I were you, keep saving up for that PS4 so you can get the upper hand and the exclusives. However, I do feel your pain on the Master Chief Collection. That's going to be REALLY good! All in all it's your decision... PS4 w/ exclusives and worse service OR XB1 w/ 1 year wait time for exclusives (basically pointless this far in) and better service along with the Collection. Do what you think is right.

What console has more exclusives that you want to play? Not small 30 minute bonus missions or timed exclusives, but full games. What console do your friends who you want to play with have?

Who the hell cares about beta rewards..... that stuff was garbage anyway compared to the cool stuff we should be able to get in the main game.

No shame there, I played the alpha and beta but gave up my emblem simply because I got tired of my name. the early content wont change your leveling up its just corporate posturing. We as gamers cant keep taking the "timed exclusive" bait like fish to a hook. Play where you want one the console that speaks to you
