It looks like that pic is photoshopped but there are tons of other evidence that dragons have been shown to exist somehow in the game.

I don't know. It looks like it was poorly designed and all 2D and flat. Like one of those kites you see people flying. Either way, the dragons are coming.

True, I thought about the design on it but what about that achievement?

I'm not doubting the achievement. I'm doubting the use of that one picture as evidence. But the achievement doesn't state that you have to kill a dragon but you must defeat a champion of darkness which could be a dragon. I do believe there is a strong chance of dragons because of that one trailer.
