Do I have to pre order it from Gamestop or can l wait and get it off the xbox live market on 9/9? I dont like giving money to Gamestop.

You may have to pre-Order from a Retailer to get their "exclusive" pre-order bonus content. I think some of it is Timed and still obtainable in the game.

So I Just Pre Ordered the Digital Edition from my local Gamestop. So yes you can get it now. I dont know how true this is but the guy told me that their is a possibility they will send the codes to me before the 9th.
