The light bar is made of low-draw(power) led lights it doesn't waste battery as much as u think

Lol the X1 controller ships with AA batteries an when it's running low has to constantly flash spinning lights every minute to let you know it's dying. Stop being such a tool, what the game companies want. Just look like an idiot when you pick a side, an you cheat yourself on good games. Real gamers play every console, so tired of these useless "console wars".

It's actually a nice feature to have especially when you have friends over and playing split screen, it can tell what player is where and can change the position of the split screen orientation to match. There is also a lot of features that replace PS move controllers so you don't have to buy extra controllers (you can also use move controllers on the PS4).
