~The Resume option will be a critical feature for Raids.

As long as the person who is leaving for an extended period or whatever [b]has consented[/b] that they would allow someone to take their place [u]OR[/u] that they have actually [b]been gone for a while[/b] (maybe <strike>6+</strike> 2 days) ..all this could be done to
[i]prevent a Raid Team Leader from being a jerk and booting someone that did 90% of the work and then inviting his best friend to finish the 10% left to get the rewards.[/i]
~Providing tools to schedule Raids, it might be something that could happen..
~Replaying raids for fun is a must..
I would bet that it's likely that they're already replayable. If not, it would go against the flow & freedom feel Destiny is striving for.

Raids rest every week, so if a member had to be gone for 6+ days, the raid would have already been reset, I have played several games where players are locked out after completing a raid or boss, until it has been reset. If this is the case, I would play this on both systems so I could do at least 2 raids a week. Hopefully clarification on this will be given prior to release.
