I always summon my Sparrow while in mid air. Boosting before touching ground would be good because during the beta my sparrow would always take a nose dive into the ground when summoned in mid air. Which I heard that you could glitch and fall through the ground and die sometimes while nose diving.

Yes I did that all the time too. I kept thinking it would boost me but I always just nose dived.

As long as you were holding down on the left stick you would pull your nose up
