I managed to reach [b]Cryptarch Rank 11[/b] before the end of the beta, I'd like to detail how I got it up quickly and most effectively. From the Cryptarch, you're given the options of purchasing common, and sometimes uncommon engrams for armor, and weapons. It is far more cost effective by purchasing uncommon armor when available. [b]Common Armor:[/b] 250G(50pts) [b]Common Weapons:[/b] 375G(50pts) [b]Uncommon Armor:[/b] 450G(100pts) [b]Uncommon Weapons:[/b] 580G(100pts) As you can see [b]Uncommon Armor[/b] gives you cheapest price for the most points. After reaching [b]Rank 2[/b] the points needed to leveling raise from [b]1000[/b] to [b]2500[/b]. This won't be the same the higher you get, [b][u]so will points require to rank up[/u][/b]. Though it's safe to say purchasing armor instead of weapons, is the best route to raising it quickly the further you get. Always remember, engram drops you get will give you the [b]SAME[/b] amount of points as if you purchased them. [i][b]Keep in mind, this method was relevant in the beta[/b][/i]
