I'd like to see vendors while out exploring. I know outside the wall is dangerous, but the vendors should be hidden away or in hard to reach areas. That way you don't have to always go back to the tower.

Or some type of guardian who quite the business and is only out searching for weapons. He would also sell to you on the spot if you happen to run into him. I think there is a character like that, but I don't remember

There is but he will only show up in the tower at random
