Didn't read. Only one excuse needed: because it's Bungie's game and they don't wanna.
Of course I don't need to tell you that buying this game isn't mandatory...

And I guess I don't need to tell you that alienating a quarter of the potential purchasers by not including pvt matches because "they dun wanna" is probably not the wisest business decision when focusing on sales/profits after about 6 years of development.

I completely support your decision to send Bungie a message by voting with your wallet. If a product doesn't meet your expectations you shouldn't buy it.
And I guess I don't need to tell you that alienating a quarter of the potential purchasers by not including pvt matches because "they dun wanna" is probably not the wisest business decision when focusing on sales/profits after about 6 years of development.
Obviously Bungie wouldn't want this to happen, so if they thought these decisions would hurt profits and wreck their company then they would take steps to make these changes. But they don't see it that way and I'm sure they have good reasons. They don't see it as something that will hurt their sales and after seeing the number of preorders I'm inclined to agree. But may I ask why you are so concerned with protecting their profits? Are you on their 401k plan or do you just want them to make the game the way you want it?

I couldn't give 2 shxts about their profits but if they are gonna be dxcks to the competitive community then just charge us 10$ dlc pvt match section. Not even giving the option is just stubbornness.
if they are gonna be dxcks to the competitive community
I don't understand...how are they being dicks to the competitive community? Are they breaking some promise they made to the competitive community? I'm confused.

Ignoring any % of your fan base that has the potential to increase your profits is being a dxck yes.

Or maybe some people just assumed this game would have features they liked and now their finding out it won't so they take to the forums to express outrage at being treated unfairly when in fact they were never promised these features in the first place. This is the game Bungie is making. Play it or don't.
