Midnight release question Pacific vs. Central Digital vs. Hard Copy

1) If I live in central time and if I get the hard copy at midnight release will I be able to play at midnight central time or will I have to wait until 2am to play? 2) If I live in central time and if I get the digital copy (preloaded) will I be able to play at midnight central time or will I have to wait until 2am to play? 3) Why does gamestops website say 9am central standard time on 9/9 to be able to play destiny's digital download copy? Sorry if this is confusing but my god I am used to picking up a game at midnight and playing right away so this is not consistent with other midnight (central time) releases.

I don't believe that there has been any official word on this from Bungie, but I really wouldn't worry for a couple of reasons: 1) I personally haven't had experience of buying a game and having to wait for another time zone. E.g when I bought COD:Ghosts at midnight, online functions were available straight away and the same with every other midnight game launch I have purchased. 2) It is in Bungie's interest to stagger people going online so the servers don't get overloaded with people creating new guardians. Okay the Beta held up when 800,000 people went online at once but if half the world are all waiting for 00:01am PST then you would expect around 5-10 million people logging on at once. 3) The Servers will most likely be up and running a few days before the 9th but Bungie will keep them locked for time zones. Remember during the Beta, Bungie kicked us out a couple of times while the servers were still up. (Possibly a test for keeping people out of servers and kicking those who sneak in) 4) The PS4 currently allows you to download the Digital edition 3-4 days early, so I ask myself why download it early if I can't play it a midnight? I may as well wait until midnight and I'll still have 8 hours to download before I can play the game. and up to 17 if you live in Australia. I can't say why Gamestop says what it does, however downloading the Digital copy on the PS4 gives you a timer that I'm pretty sure is counting down till midnight local time (UK - GMT) but I will have to check. I've seen a lot of speculation on the main forum but I would say that until Bungie make a statement then don't worry as logically it makes no sense for Bungie to lock all of the servers until a certain PST time. Edit: 5) Any shop in a time zone before PST would most likely not do a midnight release as they will get lots of angry customers who will go back complaining that the game doesn't work and so on.
