Shoutout to quiters of bungie
Lots of people are canceling their pre-orders because of bungie wiping all data from the beta, I'm here to say...you need to stop. I have some questions for you:
1) Did you like the beta?
2) If bungie didn't wipe all data, would you have kept your pre-order?
3) Before bungie wiped all data were, you looking forward to the full game?
I'm guessing most of you who canceled your pre-orders said yes to all of these questions. If so, your all weak. During the beta, you only got to get to level 8, that's it. Not a high level at all and yet you cancel your pre-order because you're too lazy to get back to level 8 one more time? Bungie explained why they couldn't carry over your progress, they changed so much for the full game that your beta guardian won't fit right in the full game. But it doesn't matter, you should have expected this because it's a BETA. The full game has so much more to offer and you quit on bungie because of this small reason? Really? You know what, a lot of you are gonna regret canceling your pre-order when Destiny's amazing world is all over YouTube and you'll come crawling back. If you don't, then I thank you because honestly, the less players that play Destiny, the less lag and server problems us loyal players have to worry about so goodbye.

3 RepliesI wanted to upgrade from standard to ghost but the lazy GameStop employee said it was sold out. It was 2 hours after the ghost edition was announced. So I cancelled it and walked out off the mall and got on my phone scrambling to preorder. Lord and behold, GameStop had it in stock for the PS4, so walked in and preordered it. This time, I made him turn his screen to make sure he typed every letter properly in the search engine. Never trust GameStop employees unless you're friends or family, otherwise you'll get half-ass service.

They don't need to do anything, It's their decision, some people have canceled because it didn't live up to their expectations, some canceled because they just didn't like it. I had a lot of annoyances with the beta but I'm willing to give it a go even though I'm not happy about the lack of in game communication which will have me mostly playing the campaign unless they change the chat limitations before release.

I can honestly say, I preordered to get access to the beta to see how destiny played. To me it looked to much like halo re-skinned with the animations and the gameplay videos. I'm glad to say I will keeping the pre order. So some of these canceled pre orders could have been like myself, on the fence about the game. But they ultimately chose to fold.

Yeah if you really loved your character so much just off yourselves in protest like they did after avatar came out. That will really make a statement. You can go to the same place your character went, straight into the void.

People (children) who are claiming to quit/cancel preorder because of this are completely without a clue as to what exactly a Beta is. It WAS NOT the game. It was a stress test couples with a demo. that's it.If they don't get the game because of the Beta character not carrying over, then no one will miss them.

2 RepliesNo no no. Replace their game with the version their beta character was in, and let them all play with EACHOTHER so we don't ever have to see or hear from them ever again. Also... Not one person who canceled their preorder posted a pic of their cancelled order. So we need to take into account the "I'm gonna say I cancel my order on forums that show Bungie who they mess with grunt** grunt** moan** drags knuckles on ground soaked by tears***".

Ask yourself this: they loved the Beta, an unfinished glimpse into Destiny so much, they played it for realz and now they would rather not play Destiny at all instead of losing a couple days and some low level items? Sure ... LOL shitty bluff is shitty.

If someone had enough time on there hands to level up three players to level 8,then they obviously have significant time on their hands. They are most likely little children, and if they are not then they have some growing up to do. I'm a gamer,father , and husband and work 40-50 hours a week. So for you little bitches out there that can't handle losing all your precious time from the beta, wait until you have way less time. Then you might see things differently.

People are way to spoiled they whine when they don't get what they want. There were really good reasons why they had to wipe but stupid people keep bitching. This is the problem with people they complain about not getting their way even though it was only level 8. Quite frankly I like the idea of immature babies not playing the game.
