Talk to any WoW Player from the classic days, Matchmaking raids destroyed Raids. Don't make the same mistake here guys. Hell they pulled it off with 40 player raids. We can't come up with 5 other people, lame ass excuse.

  • I agree with Jayhawkfl, I'll also add that raiding without a mic, and raiding while on ventrilo or some other service is night and day. I will only team up with people willing to talk.

  • What is the issue if it is a separate thing? How does it affect you if you are playing with clans? You know I am not advocating matchmaking INSTEAD of clans right? I want both. I am the leader of a clan and we are up to 56 members. I am cool with my clan. I just don't take issue with a separate matchmaking option. That's all. Keep clan raids as they are. Add MM. Boom. Everyone wins.

    Random MM leads to making the raids easier, I don't know much about game code,(I write .exe for my companies internal use) but it may be harder then we thing to maintain two difficulty levels, then you also have to create some way for either we (the players) to specify what server want or for the game to know we are partied up with our clan. I'm not saying it's impossible, just that it may be more labor then is available

  • A) did you finish reading the thread of this conversation B) Programming is more complicated than you'd think just because the base line is already written, doesn't mean it would be as seamless as copy paste.

  • They already have different difficulty levels implemented for clan raids. They also have MM for strikes & PvP. It's not difficult. They just want to do it this way. I'm betting they add it in a few months.
