I really like the idea that it's not random even if you don't have friends it's a great way to get people to join clans and actually work together. I think that if there was a matching making system that just set you up with random people it would be horrible I mean what would you do if your assigned raiding team sucks? Leave of course I mean it'd only take two minutes for you to be set up with a new one so who cares? It's much better if your team sucks and you have to stay together and help each other get better because who wants to waste an hour or two to find a new fire team for raids not me and if you do then be that person who leaves the weak for a slightly better group, by the time you find a new one your old one will be good enough to win, because it was really you holding them back.
