Seriously, does anyone have any clue whatsoever? Is it like genetic or what, I don't get it.

3 RepliesI have spent some time researching this on behalf of the SCP Foundation. It is still unclear how an individual becomes a furry. However, once begun, the process is extremely difficult to reverse. Intensive reprogramming techniques are virtually ineffective on a long time furry. Those just becoming furries may be saved, but it is difficult. In time, a sexual component develops. Individuals slowly stop responding to conventional sexual stimuli. At this time, positive responses to furry sexual images, or in extreme cases to actual animal images, begin. It is at this stage when reprogramming becomes ineffective. Though disturbing, this type of behavior typically remains in the community. It is rare, but not unheard of for furries to commit acts against actual animals. While currently not a threat to the greater public, I have recommended that the Foundation keep a very close eye on the furry fandom in the event more concrete measures may need to be taken. Given their numbers though, if they should become a threat, the Foundation should use every means available to quell it, even releasing SCP-076.

It is in a persons genetic coding that makes them how they are. However experiences change is although it doesn't touching the bedrock of who we are. For examples of things it won't change sexuality, your thought process, etc. which for those of you who don't know what it means google it. Then for my final observation there is nothing wrong with someone being a furry at all it's just what they like. It's just the same as you liking whatever sexually pleases you.

I don't see anything fundamentally wrong with the general population. It is the extreme ones you have to watch out for, just like in every case.
-
It's just something people get into. I don't see why they're so hated
