I agree that the tower, at least in the Beta, was very underwhelming. It was so underwhelming that the only cool thing to do was dance on the railings and jump on the fan.

Lol, the fan was fun though. A friend showed me where the switch was, so between missions I'd sit by the switch and wait for people to get up on to of the building and them make them fly. ^_^
