Agree about pulse rifles, interceptor fire rate and accuracy, and supers in PvP (but only in PvP. Should be more like a killstreak in Call of Duty, but once you earn it you keep it till you use it. So if you die it is still there.)

If you die with your super fully charged you do keep it.

I'm talking about in PvP only though. Like if it isn't fully charged it goes away. Doesn't change in PvE

I don't think the super should fully reset, a lot of people are really opposed to that idea because it would allow the good players streamroll the game, while the enemy can't get a super at all to make a comeback. I like the idea of a slight decrease in the supercharge for a death... say by 200 points worth of decrease? The pulse rifles deffo need helped out. The interceptor has been confirmed to be getting nerfed Yay!
