All you idiots asking for nerfs need to ask yourselfs how will this effect pve, and iron banner? If you do a nerf of any kind it will have an effect the other aspects of the game as well.

What if they lower impact. Impact doesn't matter too much in PvE and Iron Banner, but makes all the difference in the crucible. Even though it has ended my life many times I don't think it deserves this nerf.

Im sure it would still impact pve someway. I wouldn't be suprised if impact has an effect on an enemies shield in pve or some other aspect.
