How do you know???
I was on between 1 pm and 6:45 pm est yesterday (7/26), I enjoyed the moon when it opened up around 5 pm for me. But... I think, yet not sure, that I was having connection issues... I didn't get any notifications of a special reward or anything, so I ask, how do you know if you got that prize or w/e it was at 2 pst?

There was no notification. So if you played during the time frame set by Bungie you should receive your emblem when the game comes out.
