I'm not directing this comment towards anyone in particular. I'll start out by saying that.
Yes, it sucks those of us suffering from this bug missed everything today. And I am worried that it might indicate the level of customer support from Bungie for the full release. But completely abandoning everything because of this, or damning the game/company to hell. That's just....childish. I am a little upset that I've missed the last days of the beta. And, I will admit, my confidence in customer support has been shaken some. But I haven't abandoned all hope because of a glitch in a BETA TEST.
Keep the faith, look towards the beyond, and above all else, remember: This isn't Defiance ;)

The point in a beta test is to scratch off bugs such as these.. It's been over two days since the last update and since this fix that "...is expected to happen over the next few hours." We can't change human emotion and you damn well bet we're going to communicate it. How else are they going to know when they mess up? If we don't pressure them to give us an update, they will think this kind of stuff is ok.

I understand. I'm one of the people experiencing this bug. I'm not saying we shouldn't let them know, or keep reminding them, about this problem. That's part of being a Beta Tester.

Maybe the people dealing with this cant comment on it. Maybe they have locked themselves out of their own accounts also. Your right though this isnt Defiance lol
