I completely agree. This game needs and should encourage open communication! After the first time I defeated The Devil's Lair with the help of two guys I never met before, I wanted to personally thank them for helping me get past that daunting level. But I couldn't. Instead, the only thing we could do was wave at each other and dance. Unfortunately, that is a moment I'll never get back. I'm not going to invest my time and money in a game that only gives me half of what I need. The Tower begs for and desperately needs social interaction. What is the point of visiting just to kick around an inflatable ball? With this said, I know there will be players who go over the edge with communication. Racial slurs, bigotry, internet violence, will all be conveyed with allowing open communication. But, we should have the ability to report those players and someone at Bungie should actually take those reports seriously - unlike the COD universe! But, I have to keep in mind that this is only the beta. Perhaps, the final version will surpass my expectations.
