This is kind of ridiculous. I feel for everyone getting this issue who hasn't played the beta yet. At least I was able to get a few level 8s before this happened. And then you go over to bungie's twitter which explains the matchmaking issues that were present for an hour were resolved. How about the people here who haven't been given an update on this in days? They wanted me to be online at 2pm PST? Well, I would if I could. Now no "beta exclusive" reward or new gameplay (not a big deal to me but it is to some). I know this is a beta and there are bound to be bugs, but where is the customer service here? Where you at bungie?
