You forget. We have Titanfall. We actually have something already to justify our purchase. We can fill the hole in our hearts and our time with that.

If Titan Fall came out on PS4 tomorrow I wouldn't bat an eyelid. Everyone on Earth knew Titan Fall was to be an exclusive to XboxONE when the PS4 dropped, because Microsoft didn't shut up about it. And yet PS4 still smashed Xbox sales all over the Planet. Anyone who can't look at a trailer for a game like Killzone ShadowFall, or Titan Fall and realize it's just a load of regurgitated nonsense deserves to get robbed by their retailer. Thoughts?

Sounds like sour grapes...you're missing out. Trust me. Everyone who tired quickly was playing the game like all other shooters. That's a mistake. I do love shooters, though!

Titanfall should have $40. Ton of potential. But lacked all around outside of gameplay. It was really balanced, fast paced, and nothing truly over powered. It was just repetitive and lacked a lot of content.

I think you were playing it wrong. I think a lot of people felt the same because they were playing it like any other shooter.

How did I "play" it wrong? I work a full time job. It might sit down a play a few rounds at a time unless it's my days off.

It's not how long you play. It's HOW you play. Just like Destiny plays differently from Halo, so Titanfall plays differently from CoD. For one, movement is key in Titanfall, not gun play. For another, one must properly use burn cards. Also, focusing on generation challenges keeps the game fresh. In a way it's similar to Gears of War. The really good players are able to maneuver around you and your fire to get the advantage and kill you. Switch your thinking and then your game play.

I do from time to time. I just get bored with games easy, so I switch to something else from time to time. My gamer tag is my name also. I may change it here soon.

Titan fall is awful that game just died after a month wish it was better i dont think its a $60 game:/

lol if things i hear are true Titanfall wont be an xbox only title soon and in a way that is sad seeing how bad the first game was i am thinking that titanfall 2 will have to take longer to make as they will be adding an offline single player part to the game as not many gamers bought into the idea of no story and no single player mode only the no lifer gamers who live and breath multiplayer loved the game i like the ideas of titanfall i just think it should have been held back for a bit as after i played it at a friends house it felt like if i bought it i would have paid full price for half a game there was just not enough to it

You are probably right about the next Titanfall being on multiple consoles, much like Mass Effect. Respawn said early on they approached both Sony and MS about a server solution to Titanfall, but Sony wasn't interested and MS was. It will probably change. I hope they don't ever bother with a single player mode. It has been unnecessary since Doom. I can appreciate the stories and work that it takes, but, like most fps lovers, I spend the bulk of my time with multiplayer. Co-op and pvp is where the money is. I could see a firefight or horde mode in the next Titanfall. But, as far as a money invested to a money recouped ratio, single player doesn't have a good return rate. Even as a consumer the return rate is bad. You say $60 was too much for Titanfall, but I have been playing for 5 months on $60. And will continue to play. I don't have a lot of time or money to waste on single player. My time's valuable. When I waste it, it'll be by offering newly found friends my celebratory crouch!

Titanfall was a good attempt that resulted in a mediocre game. Lots of promise though.

Maybe it was just mediocre players who need to relearn how to play a shooter. I felt much like you until I changed HOW I played the game. I can't say enough good about it now.
