I had this problem on Wednesday and yesterday. I fixed it by closing the destiny application by going back to home screen pressing options button whilst hovering over destiny and pressing CLOSE APPLICATION. Then sign out of PSN by going to SETTINGS / PSN / SIGN OUT. Then sign back in again and go to Restore LICENCES and restore them. Don't worry all this does is reset the licences and doesn't affect any data Etc. Go back to destiny and it will log you in. Hopefully this helps and feel free to share this info with anybody else.
