In no particular order: 1.) Put in a chat window. Even if it's only available once a USB keyboard has been plugged into a console, put in a chat window. 2.) Add the ability to turn your character around during character creation. The hair styles go from bad to worse once you see them from the back in-game. It'd be quite a time saver to know beforehand. 3.) Give us the choice between unlocking one of a few skills every time we level, instead of doling out skill X then skill Y then skill Z in the most simpleton, cookie-cutter fashion ever. This leaves no customization or actual thinking during character building, and everyone of level X in a class is a clone of everyone else in that class. 4.) Add a freaking map. 5.) Make the reticle easier to see. It's almost invisible pretty much all the time.
