Just cap way far away and scout rifle/snipe it... when it shoots, just hide... easy

but that's so boring. There's actually a spot on top of a building that you can stand where you get clear shots at it, but you can stand perfectly still and it will never hit you. But thats not nearly as fun.

lol since when is grinding any fun? That's what PvE and PvP are for:) to each his own though
