Character Recustomization
There really should be a barber type person in the tower that allows you to change your face or colors of your skin and hair. A cosmetic surgeon if you will.
Edit: Enough people have commented on this that I'd like to point out that I do not think Class or Race should be changeable. Those are decisions that should be locked in once a character is created.

Definitely some kind of re-spec station, whether it's called a barber or cosmetic surgeon or something else entirely. And definitely a way to rotate the character during creation! I went with a hairstyle that looks... vastly different from what i was expecting when seen from behind. This being the beta I stuck with it but hopefully that will be added for the final game.
