I agree. I think races and classes should be set in stone upon creation. Although potentially having the option to change class only once you've completely maxed out a character might be quite cool, it's not necessary. Also, only at the end of levelling up (I.e. Reach max level and have option to change whilst also reset to level 1 with new class, but if so you can't change back until max level again, although all previous progress would be saved upon completion) Anyway main point, aesthetic changes in-game are a must - hair, possibly skin, markings, eyes etc. and I'd say it shouldn't be too expensive, 1000 glimmer max IMO.
