Companion app is busting all Trolls/Faker.
If you don't know what I mean there are some people saying that they played Devils Liar 50 times then I look at their profile and see that they just played it 10 times..

3 RepliesMeh... I tend to be a lone wolf most of the time. Sure I will do a strike here and there and will be happy to do raids when available, but I really don't care if I or my teammates have over 50 deaths combined or one person owns all those deaths if I and my team are having fun. I generally look to see what kind a person they are not how many deaths or times they ran a place.

I love it so much. I know it's shallow, but I love being able to laugh at ppl on the inside saying they have done nice kda, but really they're 0.5 lol it's like in an mmo with a gear/dps check.

People only lie to get other to team up with them, tbh i see no issue here. If people were less picky and just team up with randies thing will go smoother. I mean i don't lie about my stats since i already have an active fireteam plus a backup fireteam or i think of this way more item for me when i solo. Though i do agree with you partially about the fakers. Lying about there accomplishment but the game is based on community. People think they are better then others. COD Zombie is a good example. New player that just started will never be able to join a team that has been to wave 50 in zombies, thus the lack of the community playing together. if i had a high Death ratio i bet you no one would wanna team with me. K/D does not tell me how pro you are. People that listen and follow orders are the real pro's to me. Leeroy is a good example, people think he pro just cause he rushed in a pit of high level monster and died like a noob. Yet people still think he pro which makes no sense.

Because it's not at all possible that someone's xbox live or PSN account isn't linked to their bungie.net account. Or that they may have, gasp, two profiles either here or on their respective console. I understand your point, but trying to discredit someone's claims by checking their profile is a cursory and misleading course if action.

4 RepliesI got one yesterday : I have a life, I work 5days/week, I played Destiny BETA during week-ends. Get a life! Time spent : 1day 10h. Youtuber/Twitch who play this game consistently and basically getting paid are no where near that time total spent.
