Hand Cannon Underpowered
Comparing the basic stats of a pulse rifle and a hand cannon I will always use a pulse rifle, hand cannon wont see much use unless they can actually stand up to other weapon types, my suggestion is to increase (range and accuracy), (fire rate and stability), or just plain damage.

I don't think it should be messed with too much, imo the hand cannon is near perfect. I don't connect with the other weapons that much.
