This game has run smoothly so far, but in the Iron banner the lag was pretty bad on a few players...unload a clip on them with the AR and nothing, no damage, and this was happening to others I spoke with, also a few teleports (lag related) I was really disappoint to only play the new map 1.5 times in the whole 2 hours, what the hell was going on, I don't want to keep playing the damn moon, I don't care about the wizard They should carry over equipment in the vault and player, but not any of the stats or leveling IMO...

5 Repliesall I see is people either complaining about not getting anything or people whining about people who did good not get anything. the information about the game type said bring your A game and you get stuff. that's how it should have been. I was always top of my team be it I won or lost overall but I didn't get anything. yea it sucked and I was a bit disappointed, but seeing people complain about how the sucky people should get stuff is dumb. its called competitive. if you want to get good things too get better. that's how the world works. people will always be better than you and you have to work at it to get better. not just complain saying you participated and get a trophy for participation.

Honestly, I think maybe it's just that some kinks still need to be worked out in how loot is earned. The loot in normal crucible is already seemingly inconsistent. But it was especially noticeable in Iron Banner. There were several games where low contributing players, with a low score and poor kdr, easily got the best loot, or got the *only* loot. If the MVP ever got anything, it was some trashy white. If I recall correctly, there was a game where someone on my team had a 0.14 kdr at the end of the match, had like 2 or 3 kills and under 300 score, and they were awarded Timur's Lash, the legendary hand cannon. Meanwhile my squaddy and I got 39 and 25+ kills respectively, with outstanding kdr's, and received nothing. It seemed very evident that what loot you got it had little to do with how well you played.

The drops are random loot drops. If they only rewarded the best, the best would get even better gear, making it so the rest never are able to stand a chance. By having some randomness everyone has a chance to get better gear keeping things more competitive. Now, there should be some reward for playing well. Either from tough bounties with unique rewards or something similar. But some randomness for the loot drops isn't an issue.

2 RepliesIt's an RNG get over it, sometimes you're on the winning end of it, sometimes you aren't. But this is exactly why there should be a player market or at the very least clan storage. A full player market would make the game far more beneficial. Now i know bungie wants people to PVP in order to get certain gear in that case make trading restricted based on crucible, iron banner and other faction rank limited. If it was based strictly on performance it would become horribly imbalanced in no time. Everything in this game is easy so far, there has to be a grind somewhere and it comes in the form of gear, getting good gear is going to be a grind, even more so when it comes to crafting which im guessing may be apart of the final game.

Guess what, I never saw a single legendary let alone a single common.... So please, take your piss poor attitude elsewhere and enjoy it. It is a beta for crying out loud, none of this transfers.

I'll be the first to admit that I suck, but I'm new to this. I keep getting a little better every round. I got a purple gun, and I took it as a reward for learning/improving. Hopefully when I'm level 20 I'll know how to use it.
