Same on iPhone....and my iMac is only in a silhouette no 3D Model....

    I had the same problem on a 2013 Nexus 7, uninstalled/reinstalled and it's been fine since. There are a few settings that might help it tho. Namely, try going into Settings>Data Settings and running "Update Database" and then increase the Max Cache size. It's possible the model data is just bottle-necking somewhere. Would love some confirmation if any of these work - I did them all at once, couldn't see which one fixed it.. (EDIT: Sorry, meant this to be a general reply, not in regards to the Mac-specific issue.)
