Companion App doesn't have my data says "This account has not played Destiny"
It says "You need to create a character in Destiny" which I have done of course. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I refreshed it. I tried Update Databases. Nothing works. Is this because I have codes for Xbox One and PS4 and the app is only seeing the Xbox One code?
Update: I have also found that when I click on my name inside the app it says "This account has not played Destiny"

1 ReplyFor your app to display your characters, you need to be signed into the same account on the app, as you are on the web, as you are on your console. Do you meet these three requirements? You also must have played the Beta. All alpha content was wiped.
